Frequently Asked Questions about the Diva Care Service
How does the service work?
Once you sign up, we install the Diva Care software on your computer. It’s automated module will clean out all temp files weekly, defrag your hard drive monthly (Solid State Drives are not defragged), update your third party software as new versions are released, and manage your Windows Updates (as best as Microsoft will allow us to).
How often do you release new content?
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly, depending on the type of content.
How do I pay for Diva Care??
We require credit card payments, in advance of the service. The credit card information is not stored in our service, but is stored at the credit card gateway. We do not have access to any of your credit card information.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, feel free to cancel at any time. No refunds are given, so if you sign up for an annual term, you can cancel once your term is complete.
